NICHOLAS WORSNOP NOMINATED FOR HALIFAX BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR
Yorkshire’s Legal People, Chadwick Lawrence, are pleased to announce that our very own Nicholas Worsnop has been nominated for Business Person of the Year at the 2016 Halifax Business Awards.
The Halifax Courier Business Awards are a celebration of the achievement of highly talented individuals and successful local business, recognising their work on both national and international scales.
Head of the Litigation Department, Nicholas Worsnop, has been nominated for Business Person of the Year. This highly commended award celebrates the achievements of an individual business person, and their ability to demonstrate clear leadership qualities. The award has been selected to recognise those who have promoted Calderdale and the surrounding area in the most positive light.
Nicholas, who is based at the Chadwick Lawrence Halifax office, is involved with a number of local trusts and foundations. He is director and trustee of the Square Chapel in Halifax, and frequently involved in other industry associations such as the Association of Suppliers to the British Clothing Industry. In addition to this, he is secretary of the Community Foundation for Calderdale, and is also chair of the Business for Calderdale networking organisation, which he himself founded in 2008.
