Memory Walk – Raising Funds for Dementia Research
The Alzheimer’s Association hold their annual Memory Walk at various locations across the country each year, this is a sponsored walk open to people of every age and ability allowing people of all backgrounds to be able to raise funds towards vital research into dementia research, the causes of the disease, the effects it has on individuals and the potential treatment that can be offered for dementia.
In 2016 Chadwick Lawrence were pleased to have a team from their Probate Department walking to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society. The Wills & Probate team at Chadwick Lawrence took part in the event in September. The team included Sarah Crowther, Lisa Baker, Sue Preece and Rachel Bedford who tackled the arduous terrain of Temple Newsome for a 6k walk.
On 23rd September 2017 team Chadwick Lawrence will once again be at Temple Newsome for the annual Memory Walk. They will be raising funds before the day via their Just Giving page.
