Dementia Friends Information Sessions
We are delighted to announce that we are hosting two Dementia Friends Information Sessions in May 2018 during this year’s annual Dementia Awareness Week. Dementia Friends is a social action movement led by the Alzheimer’s Society to raise awareness and to help those living with dementia remain a part of their community, improving understanding and inspiring people to take action.
Each session will last approximately 1 hour and is informal and interactive. During the session, we learn a little about dementia and how it affects those living with it, their carers, families and friends along with the small changes we can all make which have a big impact on those around us.
The first of the sessions will take place at our Wakefield Office at Paragon Business Village on Tuesday 22nd May at 11 am, following which there will be a light lunch provided. The second will be held at Morley Town Hall in the Morelian Hall on the 24th May 2018 at 9.45am, with tea and coffee served afterwards.
Should you wish to attend either of these sessions please book your FREE place by telephoning 01924 379 078 or email us at dementiafriends@chadlaw.co.uk
Please note that places for both sessions are limited
