Chadwick Lawrence Named Huddersfield Examiner’s Employer of the Year

Chadwick Lawrence, Yorkshire’s Legal People, have been awarded ‘Employer of the Year’ at the Examiner Business Awards 2017 on 2^nd November.

The 12^th annual awards took place at the John Smith’s Stadium, hosted by BBC Look North’s Harry Gration, to celebrate the best and brightest in local business.

Chadwick Lawrence won the accolade for Employer of the Year, an award which recognises the excellence in a business’ approach to its own workforce.

The Firm’s submission was based on the hard work undertaken in promoting a people-centred culture, arising most notably through the development of the Chadwick Lawrence Way, a set of core values which is at the heart of communication and dealings both internally and externally.

The Firm also continues to extend its apprenticeship programme, and its internal progression scheme, which has seen seven staff members promoted to partner or associate level recently.
