Fee Earner – Plot Sales Department

Chadwick Lawrence is a leading local law firm with a successful and growing Plot Sales Department seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join the Team.

Position:                   Fee Earner Plot Sales Department

Location:                  Wakefield Office

Responsible to:     Partner in Charge of the Department

Hours:                        Full-time, 37½ hours per week

Salary:                       Competitive -negotiable dependent upon experience

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the Commercial Property Team at our Wakefield office.  Dealing primarily with Developers new build sales and part exchange purchase and re-sales but from time to time to assist the Team with some residential conveyancing matters including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.  Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own caseload working cohesively within a team as well as being able to work with minimum supervision.

The successful applicant will assist with business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills.  The opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactive in helping develop new business for the firm
